Previous general experience

  • work experience on process machines (food and beverage packaging, pharmaceutic, medicine)
  • work experience on isolator systems (pharmaceutic) and automatic systems for fractionation and packaging of syringes/vials with radionuclid
  • good knowledge of logic and automatic systems
  • meet additional requirements on medical experience (previous experiences in a hospital or health institute)

Electrical  knowledge

  • field bus systems (Profibus, Profinet )
  • PLC systems (Allen Bradley, Omron, Siemens S200, S300) in particular cpu 314, cpu 319, interface module im 360, im 361
  • power module pm  151, 161
  • input /output modules Siemens SM321, SM322, SM331, SM332
  • system Siemens Simatic ET200( including module AI, AO, DI, DO).
  • Stäubli Robot Systems .
  • peristaltic pump and controller systems
  • knowledge of sensors and photocell interface:  safety photoelectric barrier, magnetic sensors, inductive sensors, liquid level sensors, reflection sensors, microswitch sensors
  • inverter systems
  • safety relay
  • flask weight scale and interface controller of the weight measure
  • interface card for air humidity, airflow, pressure transmitter, temperature
  • radioactivity interface module and sonde probe

Pneumatic knowledge

  • valves, dc 24 electric valves, pressostate switches, pressure manometers, cylinders, filter groups
  • SMC and Festo valve systems through interface profibus communication
  • manometer gauge set-up, pressure transducers, clean and replaced filters (carbon and hepa filters)
  • supply pneumatic group of the machine (Festo unit)
  • pneumatic actuators
  • high purity systems.
  • chemical and liquid valves
  • mechanical, manual and air pilot
  • Serial Communication Interface

Mechanical  knowledge

  • basic mechanical knowledge
  • replacement of bearing types
  • replacement and set-up of door gaskets
  • replacement of dose calibrator systems
  • replacement of sliding doors
  • replacement of plexiglass panels
