Aims

Comecer has its own Quality Management System Manual, a reference base for communicating its own company quality management policy both within and outside the company itself, aimed at duly satisfying client requests consistent with the following company strategic aims:

  • to respect of product/service quality requirements and legally binding requirements applicable in keeping with contractual agreements
  • to ensure organized communication with internal resources to respect contractual service times
  • to maintain and guarantee company conditions in order to promptly meet client requests and follow progressively increasing requests within agreed upon deadlines
  • to improve the cost/quality relationship over time
  • to over time progressively structure the company to enhance the full satisfaction of future client demands
  • to apply research, monitoring, cultural and quality development to suppliers, an essential resource for satisfying continued requests from clients regarding product/service development
  • to maintain the professional level of employees in their assigned tasks
