Quality Policy
In order to reach these goals, Comecer has committed to the application and updating of its own Quality Policy in the following topics:
- quality management shall always follow the objectives set by the company
- the study and definition of market sectors which can advance, increase and develop production processes, the products themselves and our marketing image
- a constant analysis of QMS results and of the relative planned emission of quality objectives
- the adaptation of products in accordance with current standards regarding workplace safety
- the training of all level personnel with regard to quality management criteria and to all other aspects influencing processes and services offered
- systematic analysis of in-house and post-sales non-conformity in order to obtain the data necessary for identifying causes and to define the proper corrective and preventive action to be taken both by the process system, aimed not only at the overcoming of single effects, but also by the increased motivation of all employees in the continued research of their own improved professionalism, an investment for themselves and for the company itself
- the research of suppliers able to interact with our QMS to produce final services/products which fully meet client needs
- a continued restructuring of infrastructures with the use of advanced tools and systems allowing continued improved flexibility and cost containment with respect to product and service quality
