Comecer’s customer services have always focused on meeting customer’s needs. One important aspect of our philosophy is that customer satisfaction is the only criterion to our efforts.

Upon receipt of a request of assistance, Help Desk Engineers contact the customer and take charge of the problem by:

  • Checking real emergencies on site
  • Evaluating potential exposure of operators to radiation
  • If the customer agrees, step-by-step explanation of  actions required to solve the emergency and re-start production.

In case the problem isn’t solved after first contact, possible solutions are :

  • Remote control which gives the possibility to have direct access to all functions of the machine using an Internet connection.
  • Tele-assistance with a video camera
  • Offer for on site  assistance + spare parts (where required) with an engineer leaving from Comecer Italy
  • Offer for on site  assistance + spare parts (where required) with an engineer leaving from our local Service points, depending on customer location.

On site assistance

Comecer’s technicians are available to go directly to the customer’s premises to work directly on Comecer’s machines and systems.

Spare parts supplies

Regular maintenance is the best practice to guarantee optimal performance from our machines and systems.
