Isolator for PAT (process analytical technology)

The PAT isolator (Process Analytical Technology) has been created in order to contain specific instruments for the analysis of pharmaceutical products during production.

The operator works in standing position and is fully isolated from the substances inside the isolator. The configuration includes a working chamber (glove box) with two fixed hardened glasses: one has a glove flange, the other having two flanges; an acrylic glass (Lexan) round port positioned on a working plane fitted with a barrier sack for the discharge of materials and a swinging port with hardened glass shock absorbers fitted with 5 oval glove flanges. All flanges are fitted with Hypalon ambidextrous gloves.
