Remote Control

Remote control with patented program GoToMyPC^® which gives the possibility to have direct access to all functions of the machine using an Internet connection.

This software, which allows having a safe and direct access (based on an Internet browser) to the selected computer, permits to detect by remote possible malfunctioning during the machine cycle. Trough the screen sharing it is possible to get the customer desktop and working environment directly from Comecer.  All information concerning the network configuration should be assigned by the customer to the pc of the machine.
