Une cellule chaude de distribution pour TEMP pour la préparation et la stérilisation des doses calibrées de produits radiopharmaceutiques (Thallium, Gallium et autres) dans des conditions stériles, conformément à la réglementation en matière de BPF (GMP).

Distribution de cellules chaudes SPECT

La cellule chaude de distribution pour TEMP consiste en une grande cellule avec 2 zones de travail pour la préparation en gros, le calibrage, la distribution et l’étiquetage : toutes les opérations sont effectuées à l’aide de manipulateurs maître-esclave.

Les opérations de distribution sont gérées par la machine automatique Comecer, en mesure de remplir jusqu’à 100 flacons par lot.

Les flacons vides sont transférés dans la cellule via une hotte à flux laminaire externe, au moyen d’une plateforme tournante, tandis que les flacons de produit peuvent être stérilisés à l’aide d’un autoclave, situé à gauche de l’équipement.

Après le cycle de stérilisation, les flacons sont évacués un par un à l’intérieur d’un conteneur blindé en plomb.
