First integration workshop between ATS and Comecer

This week our teams participated in the first two-day workshop with ATS to learn how to implement the ATS Business Model (ABM) within Comecer.

This will allow improvements in project management, operations, supply chain management and product life cycle management.

We have confidence that these operational changes will benefit products and customer satisfaction.

Participants really appreciated the workshop and look forward to start working with ABM soon, with focus on People, Process, and Performance.

Our future in the ATS family looks brighter and brighter!
