It took us 11 months from contract signature to delivery. Our manufacturing teams worked hard to meet customer expectations and the delivery took place in December 2018.
The new Co.don facility for the production of human cells is located in Leipzig, Germany.
We published a video last year with a simulation of what we were building. This video continues to get top visitor views, as it shows a unique way of equipping a large scale regenerative medicine lab.

These are the numbers for the new Human Cell Production plant for the production of autologous cell therapies to repair cartilage defects. It will be one of the world’s largest and most modern industrial-scale production of human cells.
