RW-250 Lavadora Rotativa Intermitente Para Aplicaciones Autónomas
La RW-250 es una lavadora rotativa intermitente autónoma de gran eficacia, diseñada para la limpieza de envases de vidrio, incluidos viales (Tipo R o H) y botellas. Ideal para laboratorios, centros de I+D o plantas clínicas, la RW-250 realiza tanto el lavado interno como el externo y el soplado de aire, con una capacidad de hasta 4.200 envases por hora (uph).
Esta solución compacta está diseñada para una maniobrabilidad y flexibilidad óptimas. Puede equiparse con ruedas aptas para salas blancas para facilitar su reubicación dentro de tu área de trabajo.

Tecnología sin aguja: Elimina el riesgo de rotura de envases habitual en los sistemas tradicionales con aguja.
Ideal para uso a pequeña escala: Dispone de una fuente de alimentación de bajo voltaje, perfecta para su instalación en laboratorios o pequeñas áreas farmacéuticas.
Bajo consumo: Circuito de lavado optimizado para reducir el consumo de medios y servicios.
Monitorización mejorada: Incluye transmisores de presión en todas las entradas del medio y una sonda de control de la temperatura de entrada WFI.
Preparado para la conformidad: Conformidad disponible con 21 CFR Parte 11 y disponibilidad también para un Paquete de Documentación de Validación completo (Un FAT, SAT, para acelerar la entrada en el mercado).
El RW-250 presenta una robusta solución combinada que integra un sistema de transporte intermitente rotativo que incluye:
Una torreta central desplaza las pinzas portaenvases por todas las estaciones.
Colectores de boquillas sin aguja para un lavado de precisión.
Estaciones de lavado WFI dedicadas (dentro y fuera del contenedor).
Circuitos de soplado de aire comprimido para drenar eficazmente el agua residual.
Circuitos de tuberías rígidas (sin mangueras flexibles) y circuitos de medios en tuberías rígidas para reducir el riesgo de contaminación y aumentar la durabilidad.
Soluciones flexibles de agua y desagüe
El RW-250 puede personalizarse para satisfacer los requisitos más exigentes de las instalaciones:
Circuito de Agua Purificada: Para minimizar los gastos de funcionamiento, la máquina puede configurarse con un circuito de prelavado que utiliza agua purificada (PW) o agua de ósmosis inversa (RO), reservando el costoso WFI sólo para el aclarado final.
Patines de Circuito Dedicado: Para las instalaciones en las que no se dispone de un punto de uso de WFI (por ejemplo, en un laboratorio), se puede suministrar un patín con ruedas con un depósito intermedio dedicado y una bomba de desplazamiento. Esto permite el uso de WFI desde bolsas comerciales u otras zonas de la instalación.
Drenajes remotos: Se puede integrar una bomba de desplazamiento para facilitar el desagüe cuando la zona de trabajo deseada carezca de un punto de desagüe cercano a la máquina.
