La SERIE IV Y es una máquina monobloque de llenado y cierre de bolsas intravenosas de última generación, diseñada para la producción aséptica de soluciones intravenosas (IV). Con una configuración de transporte rotativo, la máquina IVY está diseñada para manipular eficazmente bolsas de plástico intravenosas , ya sean de una o dos cámaras, suministradas a granel o en bandejas. Con una capacidad de producción de hasta 850 bolsas por hora (uph), la SERIE IVY es la solución ideal de llenado y sellado para plantas de producción farmacéutica estéril.
Esta unidad combinada de producción de líquidos estériles integra un sistema de llenado rotativo con una solución de contención de Clase A (oRABS o Aislador Modular). Todo el proceso funciona bajo un flujo laminar para garantizar la máxima pureza del producto, cumpliendo las estrictas exigencias de las directrices cGMP, Anexo 1 y 21 CFR Parte 11.
