Robotic filling and capping line for powder devices under turbulent flow isolator.
The line consists of 4 chambers: pre-chamber for introduction of empty devices, pre-chamber for cap insertion, main chamber, pre-chamber for full device output.
The machine is fully automatic and equipped with two anthropomorphic robots in the process chamber.
Material inlet and outlet is performed by the operator with the aid of on-purpose designed trays.
