Self Shielded Cyclotron Bunker Door

The SPI doors have a COMECER pneumatic operating system, which includes an oil-pneumatic cylinder.

The door slides in line with the floor, at a distance of approximately 5 mm and the seal to the radiations in the lower part is guaranteed by a specially designed shielding located at the base of the door that acts as a sort of labyrinth between the door itself and the floor.
