The activities documented below are presented in chronological order and include donations, sponsorships, employee participation, and collaborations with institutions and associations operating at both local and global level.
Comecer supports AGEOP Ricerca (Pediatric Hematology Oncology Parents Association) in initiatives connected to Casa Gialla, a facility designed for children undergoing oncological treatment.
Casa Gialla provides dedicated spaces for therapeutic and creative activities, offering a transition environment between hospitalisation and home. The facility operates as an extension of the hospital system, allowing discharged patients to continue accessing Day Hospital services while improving quality of life and freeing hospital capacity for other patients.
Since 2015, Casa Gialla has supported over 270 young patients and their families. Comecer’s contribution has developed over time through donations, solidarity initiatives, employee involvement, and fundraising activities. Comecer is among the companies supporting the development of the Mechatronics degree program in Imola, in collaboration with Confindustria Emilia Area Centro.

The company organized a GoFundMe campaign that raised €32,204, including a direct company contribution of €10,000. Additional support included the provision of temporary vehicles for employees who had lost their own during the emergency.

Comecer supports UNICEF and its international programs dedicated to protecting children’s rights and improving access to education and safe environments.
One of the main initiatives supported is the UNICEF “Schools for Africa” initiative, which operates in multiple countries across the African continent. The program focuses on building and maintaining educational infrastructure, promoting school attendance, and supporting vulnerable children, including those living in poverty or without family support.
