Le plan de travail est entièrement fait d’acier inoxydable AISI 304 INOX. La surface est finie avec du Scotch-BriteTM. Toutes les jointures sont faites de soudures à l’arc lissées et polies de façon appropriée dans un environnement de gaz inertes. Toute la structure est renforcée au moyen de feuilles d’acier INOX de type boîtier. Le plan de travail est équipé d’un bord surélevé afin de prévenir toute fuite de liquides contaminés.
La hotte est fermée à l’avant par un rail coulissant en verre acrylique qui passe entre des guides latéraux en polizene.
Le panneau porte-outil est sur la paroi inférieure avant de la hotte. Ce panneau est fabriqué en acier inoxydable AISI 304 de 15/10 d’épaisseur, et est une partie intégrante du plan de travail. Les commandes à distance des fluides (liquides ou gazeux), ainsi que les prises électriques se trouvent sur le panneau. Ces fluides sont fournis au moyen de robinets placés sur les parois latérales internes de la hotte et reliés au collecteur d’alimentation.

Commande à distance pour régler l’eau chaude/froide
Démarrage et arrêt de l’eau par le biais de cellules photoélectriques que l’opérateur contrôle avec les pieds
Déchargement contrôlé des déchets solides dans un bac en polyéthylène d’une capacité de 20 litres
