MUSA est un isolateur blindé à flux laminaire pour la manipulation et le calibrage de produits radiopharmaceutiques émetteurs de bêta/gammas conforme aux bonnes pratiques de radiopharmacie pour la préparation de produits radiopharmaceutiques en médecine nucléaire (préparations simples et préparations extemporanées).
Le système est équipé d’une chambre de travail avec flux laminaire et de pré-chambres ventilées pour le passage du matériel, pour accueillir des générateurs et pour le confinement des déchets.
La machine offre des solutions techniques exclusives qui garantissent des performances uniques en termes de :
Stérilité : la zone de travail à flux d’air laminaire (Classe A d’après les BPF (GMP) courantes européennes) permet la manipulation de produits radiopharmaceutiques dans des conditions de sécurité absolue pour le produit. Tous les accès vers l’extérieur sont dotés de pré-chambres hermétiques équipées d’un dispositif d’interverrouillage (Classe B d’après les BPF (GMP) courantes européennes)
Radioprotection : grâce à un blindage formé de différentes entretoises, la cellule est rendue plus sûre pour l’opérateur, polyvalente et adaptée à différents usages
Ergonomie : tous les composants requis pour la préparation des doses sont placés dans la gamme d’action à disposition de l’opérateur
Sécurité : la porte principale de l’isolateur est dotée d’un système de verrouillage commandé par un détecteur interne GM à sonde double
Gestion des paramètres critiques : l’isolateur est équipé d’un panneau de commandes moderne permettant de vérifier, modifier et exporter les paramètres internes de la cellule, les notifications et les alarmes
Polyvalence : la largeur de la chambre interne et la forme de la surface de travail permettent l’installation de modules de synthèse automatique ou de fractionneurs pour les seringues et les flacons
Durabilité : la haute qualité des composants utilisés assure une durée de vie prolongée et la régularité des performances.
