L’isolateur est notamment utilisé aux fins suivantes :
Mise en œuvre et contrôle des cycles de décontamination par VPHP pour l’évaluation des résidus de H2O2 à l’intérieur de la chambre et de son matériel exposé une fois terminé.
Contrôle et enregistrement des concentrations de H2O2 pendant tout le cycle de décontamination et contrôle des concentrations extrêmement faibles (moins de 3 ppb) dans les phases finales de la décontamination à l’aide d’un capteur à haute sensibilité.
Réalisation de tests de désorption sur le matériel à l’intérieur de la chambre.
L’isolateur fonctionne en pression positive par rapport au laboratoire afin de garantir la stérilité de la chambre.
L’isolateur est composé d’une préchambre, utilisée pour l’entrée du matériel, et d’une chambre principale pour la mise en œuvre des analyses.
L’isolateur est équipé d’un générateur VPHP pour la décontamination des zones de travail.
