Illuminate™ Manufacturing Intelligence Powers Comecer Industry 4.0 Production Solution

Comecer has integrated Illuminate™ Manufacturing Intelligence (“Illuminate”) into its aseptic processing and containment equipment for pharmaceutical and nuclear medicine industries.

The Partnership provides Comecer customers with real-time visibility to the health of manufacturing systems, and a suite of advanced diagnostic and production management tools including event-triggered video capture and predictive maintenance.

Illuminate™ Manufacturing Intelligence, a division of ATS (ATA.TO) has partnered with Comecer (an ATS company) to accelerate digital transformation within the radiopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical equipment market. This will allow Comecer customers to reduce downtime, diagnosis and repair time, maximize throughput, lower reject rates, and decrease production waste while improving asset utilization.

lluminate™ Manufacturing Intelligence is now available for Comecer isolators and turnkey production lines, providing critical information on the essential processes of the production activity in pharmaceutical and radiopharma laboratories, nuclear medicine plants, and Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products research centers.
