Sterile Isolator for Cytotoxic Pharmaceutical Manipolation and Fractioning model PH-S
The Comecer PH-S isolator allows the manipulation of cytotoxic pharmaceuticals inside a sterile environment. All filling operations are carried out inside a laminar flow chamber that is isolated from the external environment. The operator may operate while seated and remains completely isolated from the manipulated substance.
The Comecer PH-S isolator is equipped with safety characteristics no foun in normal laminar flow manipulation hoods. Furthermore the installation of the isolator allows the adoption of a less strict classification area in the laboratory, thus greatly reducing the construction costs of the Lab (building, electrical & ventilation plants), and lowering the need for protective clothes to be worn by personnel.
The configuration of the isolator consists of a laminar flow work chamber, where dispensing of substances in syringes, vials, or bags is carried out. It is possible to enter and extract the materials, mainaining the sterility inside the work chamber, through the inlet airlock and the outlet airlock resectively.
