The site supports customers through sales operations, technical assistance, and service coordination, acting as a central interface between North American clients and Comecer’s global engineering and manufacturing network.

Technical support, training, and logistics

The Indianapolis-area facility hosts the Comecer Technical & Training Competence Center, providing dedicated support to pharmaceutical operators through:

• Technical assistance and after-sales service
• Customer training and equipment demonstrations
• Application support for Pharma, Radiopharma, and ATMP solutions

The site also manages a regional warehouse, ensuring availability of spare parts, consumables, and standard products, including:

• Hot cells and containment systems
• Sterility isolators and aseptic equipment
• Vial, syringe, and cartridge filling systems
• Dose calibrators and accessories

This local stock significantly reduces delivery times and improves responsiveness, supporting customers in accelerating their operational timelines and time to market.
