Sign upComecer started in Italy in the mid-1970s as a small specialist in nuclear technology. Today, we have four high-tech production centers across Italy, the Netherlands, and Spain, plus offices in North America and Asia, allowing us to serve partners in over 100 countries worldwide.
Our global headquarters are located in Castel Bolognese, the town where Comecer was founded and where the company continues to concentrate much of its expertise. The site, inaugurated in 2010, brings together the group’s main production plant along with administrative, engineering, sales, and technical offices.
From this facility, multidisciplinary teams design and manufacture advanced containment systems, isolators, and equipment used in pharmaceutical and nuclear medicine applications around the world. The headquarters also hosts key engineering, testing, and coordination activities that support Comecer’s international network of sites and partners. For many visitors and customers, Castel Bolognese represents the operational center of the group and a starting point for understanding how Comecer develops and delivers its technologies globally.
Comecer Netherlands builds on the long-standing experience of Veenstra Instruments, founded in 1960. Today the facility develops and manufactures equipment for nuclear medicine and radiopharmaceutical applications, serving customers across Europe and beyond.
The Siena site focuses on the production of pharmaceutical equipment, including isolators and systems used in aseptic processes. The facility combines precision machining, assembly, and testing activities supporting Comecer’s pharmaceutical technology portfolio.
