Comecer has adopted an Organisation, Management and Control Model in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001 to prevent corporate offences and promote transparency, accountability, and compliance across its activities.

Comecer provides confidential channels for reporting misconduct or irregularities within the organization. The system allows employees, collaborators, and stakeholders to submit reports safely and supports compliance with EU Directive 2019/1937 and Italian Legislative Decree 24/2023.
