Fill Finishing Isolators for Pharma: ready to handle IV bags, vials, syringes, bottles or dry powder.

Comecer Fill Finishing isolators are deployed in pharmaceutical labs, Research and Development departments and manufacturing plants.

Custom automation solutions can handle any kind of drug-device system, including single-use disposables. These novel drug delivery devices are complex and require innovative methods to fill and assemble. These disposables include dual chamber syringes, dry powder inhalers, IV bags and double chamber bags.

Customized solutions address sealing, filling, discharge, heat sterilization, pack-off, crimping, unloading, powder dosing with the decontamination provided by VPHP (Vapor Phase Hydrogen Peroxide).

The automatic machines for aseptic liquid or powder micro dispensing can make use of micro-auger systems, servo-driven micro pipetting, custom design volumetric pumps and anthropomorphic robotics.

Comecer solutions are designed for sterile drug production and are all GMP compliant.

The various models are suitable for large or small batches, with custom automation capabilities.

Need to fill small batches of vials?

This is often the case in pharma or biotechnology R&D departments. We designed a compact aseptic filling machine just for this purpose.  It works within a Class A laminar flow isolator or RABS and has an integrated PHP generator for fast decontamination between batches. It fills liquid or lyophilized vials up to 1000 pieces per hour.

What machine automatically fills dry powder?

We have an isolator that performs robotic filling and capping for this, under turbulent flow. The fully automatic machine is equipped with two anthropomorphic robots in the process chamber.

Need a RABS solution?

One of our RABS machines is a Passive RABS used in fill finishing activities. It is an open RABS that increases aseptic conditions of the contained critical area. We also manufacture a C-RABS, which is a Closed Restricted Access Barrier System for crimping machine.
