1. Allow the users to navigate the Web Sites

Processing is necessary to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6, par. 1, lett. b GDPR)

For a period equal to the duration of the provision of the services you requested and for 10 years thereafter (the period in which the statute of limitations for any contractual liability accrues).

2. Provide customer support including the activities of managing requests related with webinar registration, events, quotations and order processing

Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6, par. 1, lett. b GDPR)

Personal data provided for information/quotation requests on our products/services or assistance requests shall be stored for the period of time strictly necessary to answer the request and to implement the related assistance or supply.

3. Register and manage the reserved section and use features related to the personal account of the user

Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract (Art. 6, par. 1, lett. b GDPR)

Personal Data registered in the reserved section of the Web Sites shall be stored until the User decides to unsubscribe from the service.

4. Fulfilling obligations arising from national or EU regulations or legislation (e.g., tax and accounting obligations) or handling or responding to requests from judicial or administrative and tax authorities.

Processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject (Art. 6. par. 1 lett. c GDPR)

Personal Data shall be stored as long as necessary to comply with the authority’s requests.

5. Obtain the necessary information to find anomalies, fraudulent activities and/or abuses in the use of the website or to exercise Company rights

Legitimate interest of the data controller to the correct functioning of the website, to the prevention of illicit conducts and to exercise its rights (Art. 6, par. 1, lett. f GDPR)

Personal Data shall be stored for a period necessary to terminate any litigation or to respond to requests from competent authorities.

6. Conduct analysis and research (anonymously or aggregate) with respect to the products and services provided to improve and develop our products and services and for statistical and internal reporting purposes, including in the context of intra-group information flows

7. Manage newsletter registration applications to send marketing communications and updates on the Company’s activities

Personal Data provided for newsletter registrations and the sending of marketing communications shall be stored for 24 months from the day of the last contact, except in the event of consent withdrawal or renewal of the consent before this deadline.

8. Collect information about behavior and commercial habits of the users to improve the services offered on the basis of client needs and check the effectiveness of the promotional and marketing strategies used (profiling)
