Given the level of containment conditions achievable within the system (OEB5), manual sampling, weighing and dispensing operations of High Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (HAPIs) may be conducted.
The base isolator system is composed of one (4) gloves Chamber and one (2) gloves Pre-chamber. A (3) gloves chamber is also available to compose, with the other modules, the configuration better addressing the process needs. All the chambers are equipped with 10” oval-shaped glove ports made of Polypropylene and Neoprene long isolator gloves. Other kind of materials available upon request.
Available upgrades include rapid transfer port(s), liner(s), and an assortment of other systems. Exhausts can be collected in a dedicated piping or returned directly in the lab.
