We design, customise and manufacture in-house a variety of equipment for nuclear medicine and GMP readiopharmacies.
Comecer hot cells are used worldwide in nuclear medicine departments. These are shielded laminar flow isolators. These can handle, dispense and calibrate radiopharmaceuticals in total safety and GMP compliance.
For Solid Target Processing, Alceo is our family of machines that can produce a variety of isotopes. The ALCEO system is designed for the application of commercial cyclotrons with energy ranging between 5 and 30 Mev.
Some of our shielded isolators have integrated syringe dispensing systems. Thecla, for example, is designed to dispense radiopharmaceuticals (namely 68Ga) under sterile conditions and in accordance with CGMP guidelines.
Radiopharma injection systems include the colourful IRIS, perfect for hospital ward use. It performs calibrated injections to patients, starting from a multi-dose solution of FDG or other radiopharmaceuticals.
Our range of dose calibrators can suit a variety of needs, including a touch screen dose calibrator whose interface will make operators feel right at home.
Radiopharma products also include shielded containers for transporting vials, syringes or other radioactive substances.
Equipment is not all we provide. We have developed special management software for nuclear medicine departments, the IBC software family, and for metabolic radiotherapy. IBC software guarantees full traceability from ordering stock to radiopharmaceutical preparation and injection of a mono dose to the patient. Due to its flexible approach, the software can be configured such that your workflow can be standardized and optimized.
Finally, Comecer provides a team of specialists ready to assist customers that want to build and manage a new production centre or PET laboratory in compliance with GMP guidelines. The services include User Requirement Specification, Layout and Site Planning, Design Qualification, Commissioning and Equipment Installation, Quality Management System, Qualification Activities, Training and Validation.
