Filling & Closing Module

The TABLETOP module is a standalone unit designed to manage filling and closing operations with semi‑automatic handling and automatic cycles once prepared. It supports liquid filling and lyophilization stoppering, with flexible recipe-based configuration.

The system can be configurated for different closure types, including lyo stoppers, serum stoppers, alu-seals (flip-off/tier-off) and optional push‑fit caps, with support for pre‑stoppered vials.

Integration in an Aseptic Isolator

The TABLETOP solution is designed to be installed inside a Class A containment isolator with laminar flow, replicating sterile production requirements. A complete Comecer package can include isolator chamber, air filtration/ventilation, and VPHP decontamination systems.
