These disposables include dual chamber syringes, dry powder inhalers, IV bags and double chamber bags.

This is often the case in pharma or biotechnology R&D departments. We designed a compact aseptic filling machine just for this purpose. It works within a Class A laminar flow isolator or RABS and has an integrated PHP generator for fast decontamination between batches. It fills liquid or lyophilized vials up to 1000 pieces per hour.
We have an isolator that performs robotic filling and capping for this, under turbulent flow. The fully automatic machine is equipped with two anthropomorphic robots in the process chamber.
One of our RABS machines is a Passive RABS used in fill finishing activities. It is an open RABS that increases aseptic conditions of the contained critical area. We also manufacture a C-RABS, which is a Closed Restricted Access Barrier System for crimping machine.
