Flex-Line™ is a robotic sterile filling system designed for aseptic processing of ready-to-use (RTU) vials and prefilled syringes (PFS). This system is ideal for R&D activities and pilot-scale sterile production.
Flex-Line™ combines a robotic filling machine with a Class A modular isolator, featuring continuous laminar airflow throughout the process. This integrated design ensures a sterile environment for filling operations, meeting the critical requirements of aseptic production.
Flex-Line™ is an integrated solution between the ATS Scientific Products robotic filler and the Comecer aseptic isolator.
